During the two day review Greg will find the operational upside, including profits that were not previously getting banked.

What the review covers
Two day on site review in your pharmacy
Every single element in the business that impacts profitability.
This includes a review of the financials commencing with the current P&L, wages & rostering, team & HR issues and recruitment needs
A comprehensive review of both Dispensary & Retail, including buying group programs. Greg will visit all competitors to see their offering, points of difference and will communicate these findings.
Greg rolls up his sleeves while on site and the team will receive on the job operations skills training that the majority will not have been exposed to previously. This step is critical to aid the growth of the team and business performance.
At the end of the two day review, included will be the presentation of the findings in a hard hitting factual summary. The summary will clearly articulate the elements to be addressed, by whom and by when.
This is critical, as some sites may request Greg to forward their summary to their Accountant, Bank or Wholesale credit department.
The report remains a confidential summary between Greg and the Owner unless otherwise advised by the Owner.
